The glass fibers are impregnated by the molten polymer Under The Pulling Action of The Traction Apparatus, and cooled to be cut into pellets.It was divided into two processes as LFT-G and LFT-D.

LFT-G: Putting the melted thermoplastic and Glass Fiber Roving into a special mold for coating impregnation, and then enter into drafting,pelletizing production process. The chopped particles can be made into various products by injection molding or molding.

LFT-D: In the twin-screw extruder, the glass fiber roving and the thermoplastics are mixed and impregnated, and then the mixture is directly made into various products by injection omolding process

LFT with alkali-free glass fiber direct roving with silane coupling agent, special sizing agent formula, and with PP resin
